If a PR material you want is in preparation, please ask your salesperson. He or she will handle your request as soon as possible.

Consumables and a light productMake a request for after-sale service to the Sales Department (through your salesperson)▶ send the product to the company ▶ repair by the company's A/S service technician ▶ delivery
The product installed in a production line and a heavy product
Make a request for after-sale service to the Sales Department (through your salesperson) ▶ send (bring) the product to a local customer support center ▶ repair by a site A/S technician ▶ complete
